Marie Collins

Marie is a Chartered Director and holds a postgraduate in Corporate Governance from UCD and has over 20 years Board and Chairing experience in a range of sectors. She currently Chairs Home Building Finance Ireland DAC and is also Chair of Bank of Ireland Subsidiary, General Investment Trust DAC. She Chairs Dunnes Store PT ULC.

She is a lead tutor on the Institute of Directors Chartered Director Programme and runs her own governance consultancy company.

Eddie Clarke

Eddie was appointed as a Trustee in February 2020. Eddie has extensive experience for well over 25 years of advising and managing Irish private client and corporate wealth. Chief Executive and executive board director of Brewin Dolphin Ireland and former head of Investec Wealth & Investment Ireland, he has held a number of senior executive and board roles at NCB Group and Investec Ireland. Eddie is a graduate of the Trinity College Dublin Business School and a member of the Trinity Business Alumni Committee.

Tim Cody

Tim was appointed as a Trustee in February 2020. Tim leads Accenture’s Industrial business across the UK & Ireland and Accenture’s Products business in Ireland covering the Retail, Consumer Goods and Services, Mobility and Industrial, Travel and Life Sciences industries.

With over 27 years of consulting and client advisory experience, Tim has previously had multiple leadership roles across Accenture’s businesses in the UK and Ireland including leading the UK & Ireland Financial Services Management Consulting practice and the Management Consulting practice in Ireland covering all industry sectors.

A graduate of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, he is actively involved in industry associations and policy groups in the UK Ireland and works with non-profit organisations in Ireland.

Professor Eleanor Denny

Eleanor was appointed as a Trustee in January 2023. She is Professor in Economics at the Economics Department at Trinity College Dublin, and a Fellow of Trinity College Dublin. In 2021 she was appointed as College Bursar and Director of Strategic Innovation.

Professor Gerard Mc Hugh

Gerard was appointed as a Trustee in January 2023. He is a Fellow of Trinity College, Associate Professor of Accounting, and University Dean of Development. Gerard qualified as a Certified Accountant with the Dublin Office of Deloitte. He is a former Dean of Trinity Business School and teaches accounting, financial analysis and financial reporting.

Claire Conroy

Claire was appointed as a Trustee in January 2023. She was appointed to the Trinity Foundation Audit & Risk Committee in 2019 and Chairs the Committee since January 2023.

Claire is currently responsible for Capital & Financial Management as well as Investment Management oversight at B-Flexion Fund Management (Ireland) Limited. Claire was previously a Senior Consultant at KB Associates from 2016 to 2021 where she advised investment managers on the establishment and ongoing compliance and operational requirements of Irish funds.

Prior to joining KB Associates, Claire worked with Davide Leone & Partners Investment Company LLP, a London based investment manager, where she was responsible for fund accounting and operations. Previously, she was part of the PwC Asset Management Group where she specialised in the audit of investment funds and fund service providers. Claire is a graduate of Trinity College’s Business School. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a Professional Certificate in Investment Fund Services Risk Management.
