Prof. Brian Broderick
The Associate Dean of Research for the Faculty of STEM is responsible for providing improved support structures for the researcher community. They work with Trinity researchers, research partners and stakeholders to optimise the University’s research activity and provide support and leadership on responsible research practice, infrastructure, funding opportunities and external relationships.

Prof. Joseph Roche
The Associate Dean of Research for the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences works with researchers within the college on a number of matters, including those related to open scholarship and early career development. The Associate Dean often liaises with the Library, HR, Trinity Long Room Hub, Staff of the Faculty of AHSS and early career researchers.

Prof. Padraic Fallon
The Associate Dean of Research for the Faculty of Health Sciences is responsible for developing research strategy relating to health sciences within College and with Trinitys associated teaching hospitals. They deal with matters relating to research integrity and research ethics and represent the College on the LERU Research Integrity Policy Group.

Doris Alexander, Associate Director for European Engagement
The Associate Director for European Engagement works to enhance Trinity’s engagement with a wide range of European initiatives including European policies and strategies, and the European University alliance, CHARM-EU.

Dr Ruth Doherty, PA to the Dean of Research
The PA to the Dean of Research provides high-level administrative support to the Dean of Research, overseeing management of the Dean’s diary, meetings, travel arrangements, and is the primary interface between the Dean and the Trinity community.
